St Clair Display Home

APS Homes approached me with a draft concept for a new display home that had been prepared by other Architects. The floor plan worked well but they wanted something very special for the facade - something that would set them apart in the highly competitive 'Builder Display Home' market. I proudly prepared this design for APS Homes that went on to win multiple housing industry awards for them.
