Green Fields Warehouse

I was engaged by a Sydney based Project Manager to design and document this warehouse upgrade project in Green Fields, an industrial area in the Adelaide northern suburbs.

The existing warehouse was in good structural condition, but appeared tired and uninspiring. An upgrade of the existing office and amenities, and a new canopy and facade treatment was required. In addition, the client required a warehouse addition at the rear with tall pallet stacking ability. These two structures were linked through considered design and planning.

Traffic and parking were reconfigured to suit planning requirements, and new secure fencing and automatic gates provided. Extensive landscaping is proposed throughout to not only meet council's greening objectives, but also provide increased comfort and amenity to the building's occupants and visitors.
