Situated in Penola, this residential design concept sits between the State Heritage listed Cobb & Co Building (on the left) and the Local Heritage listed Tregenza Gallery on the right. 

My client engaged my services to prepare this concept to show the potential of this site to prospective purchasers as it is currently for sale. Heritage buildings are not constraints. In this situation, they provide history and character that can shape beautiful living and working environments.
