Concept design for a new multi-residential development proposed for Christies Beach. These stunning residences will be within a 2 minute stroll from the beach and benefit from all the cooling comforts of coastal living. Construction will commence shortly. Set along the iconic Esplanade, this exciting new multi-residential project will feature seven architecturally considered dwellings in a range of configurations. At the forefront, three high-end, three-storey residences will capture uninterrupted ocean views and breezes. Constructed with full masonry walls and suspended concrete slabs, these homes are designed to stand the test of time. Generously proportioned interiors and flexible layouts will suit modern living at every stage of life.

Behind these residences will be four two-storey residences aligned on a north-south orientation to maximise winter sunlight into living areas and again ensure the cooling breezes can flow through each home in the summer months.
